since may 7 i pop that days i forget all those rules and regulations at HTA. i forget all drills and my stamina is going down and down, yet i do 20 push up i also feel like dieing.but bo bian since KINS send me to go through one month PTI course bo bian have to do it, and i went back HTA for 5 days already, mondays tuesday wednesday was fucking relaxing and i thought the rst of the whole month will be relaxing ba, but yet i was out of my expectation of what PTI course, after wednesday, the next days which was thursday it coming to torture us. and thursday was my PTI course first IPPT and i very lucky i managed to get a silver if not i would be very ma lu, cux my some friend from regular was even older then me yet they can run faster then me lol.and after IPPT sir say what what after we will be relaxing and i was like wow finally finish hahhaa, but after rest for break and went back lesson, after lesson wtf we have 10 km run OMG 10 ten TEN 10 KM wtf FUCK i run untill like a mad dog sia but at last we all managed to finish,but that was not the END we have interval running again run about useing our 80% to run first lap and 40% to run second and so on.after i went home after bath i straight away die into the bed and wake up the next day and start the trithlon again. and that trithlon which was i did it todays and that why i come here to updates my blog, we will divide to 2 synicates and i was the team 1 synicates, we both team all challenging each other, firstly my team start first and we first went to the swimming pool swim 6 laps but as i was non swimmer , dun say swim i cant even float. the only thing is sink down, so one regular form SOC name Derrick was very helpful and keep encouraging me to kick my leg to push the water and last those regular from TP also come to help me and the keep pull me till i finsih 6 laps and we continue to carry on our second task which was carry 80 kg bag dunno inside contain wtf thing and we have to carry and run or jog for 2km around the whole HTA and the last task which need to use our common sense and our team spirit to finish it i also dunno how to explained it. and once we reached the endiing point we all had a can of 100 plus and this is the ever ever i or we as a team had nv drink the best 100 plus ever b4.nvm i think the next 3 week i dun have to think much almost evrydays was monster training lidat just hopes it faster finish and i can go back to my division fast.and along the course i met alot friend from different place and those regular from TP,SOC,APC,PCGand PHQ.

todays wake up damn early, wake up on 5.30 am dunno why sudden eye open hahahas. maybe use to it liao ahhaha,then closed eye sleep again till afternoon then kelvin call me go buy shirt, so we meet inside bus 198 ,got chong ping jianlai pohteck and me then we go queenway. and i buy a shirt cost $65 dollar damn nice hahhaha. after that we finish shopping then we go back to the huayi that coffeshop drink beer,we meet junxian and call weiying bring down whisky, and we call junxian order 6 tiger, and we all add whiksy with tiger and drink. this times is junxian treat then nextime we turn by turn treat back. ahhaha lucky i never add whisky too much is not drunk again dunno where home is.then go home take a shower and watch Channel 61 very nice sia, k never to crap liao.bye

hi everyone i back blogging hahahs, what can i say is police training at HTA is damn fucking tired. alway kanna fuck by sir sia,ok la dun say sir la, even at night can kanna fuck by ghost sia, my room alway got ghost footstep becux that HTA places lastime is a cemetery places, so so that why. anyway everyday must drink water sia, now i even sacred of water liao. what can i say is 1 person did wrong thing all comapany kanna fuck, even when they call u stand straight, if u scratch or clean yr face touch yr nose, and that it, all right palm down for 30 min or even more, then some more must faster speed, cux they say we must move like lightning sound like thunder, i fuck them ar, then say yr here to train to be police man not pussy man, and what what all vurgarites all come out, what cock what ji bai what lan jiao. first day second i feel want to die , but slowly slowly i can cope the fucking exercise liao, alway i am ready to talk to the floor, cux i know their pattern liao, even today should be 5,30 book out, they check the room bed all floor and neatly not clean all talk to the floor, then i and my friend talk to the floor till 6,00. fucking pian my arm . finally my father come fetch me hahahha, and reaching home feeling is damn shiok man ahahhaha,freedom woooooooooooooooot.ahahha.seriously i not talking cock, anybody if post to HTA will die the. even i weak but i force myself to do it.anyway i have 4 more month to go and get my posting out to work.so POlice life is actually the same as army ba. all stress one la .even the first days i call my mother and i keep crying that i cannot take it liao, then my mother scolded me why ppl can do it why u cant so i force myslef and till today finally book out.and great news is that i increased my weight hahah form 56kg to 61kg, now even can beat one cow die anytime ahhaha.

today i was very happy and damn excited to see the 110 m hurdles ' liu xiang race. so i wake up very early to catch up the LIVE' show.but after i see the race i was very disappointed that my idol didnt even run and tear and take away his number 2 . and i heard that he was disqualify.LOL. WTH.sianz sia, was thinking of him sure winning lox and to see the final he versus dyron robles from cuba , ahahha.think he had a injury in his leg , what a waste MAN. haiz SaD sAD Sad....................

KNN!!!!!! lim bei expecting to get A2 SIA. but the outcome is B3 KnS SIA ... BUT i also happy anyway cause i jump two grade up from C5 to B3 ahhaha not bad liao ... i think i need to retake it lol.BECUX it the only easiler subject that can score A1 OR either A2 LOL... I THINK I NEED TO BUCK UP LIAO AND STUDY HARD...HAHAS!!!
